By using the Twobile software (the "software"), a product of Infinitum Software and Sean T. Payne ("the author"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). Violations of any of these terms and conditions may result in the loss of usage rights to the software and possibly further legal action.
Usage Terms
- You must be 13 years of age or older to use this software, unless other local restrictions apply.
- You may not use the software to spy, infiltrate, or otherwise attempt to gain access or knowledge to other computer systems or networks to which you are not authorized. You also may not use this software against another individual or group of individuals, and its use in legal proceedings is null and void.
- You may not use the software to distribute or otherwise precipitate the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material.
- You may not use the software in any other fashion that is illegal in accordance to local laws. Also, you may not use the software on devices or in locations restricted by local laws or ordinances, or in restricted areas.
- You may not reverse engineer, "hack," "crack," "tweak," or otherwise attempt to modify or utilize the software in any fashion other than that which it was intended.
- You may not distribute the software in any form without the proper written consent by Infinitum Software and/or the author.
Responsibilities
- Infinitum Software, Twitter.com, and the author can not be held responsible for any damages or loss of data/information as a result of or while using this software, physical or otherwise.
- Infinitum Software, Twitter.com, and the author can not be held responsible for any content created and distributed using this software. As such, all content is the property of the user who created it, except that which is owned by Infinitum Software, Twitter.com, and the author.
- Infinitum Software, Twitter.com, the author and any governmental authority (by way of decree or explicit order) reserve the right to, at any time, terminate services for the user. Infinitum Software and the author also reserve the right to change this User Agreement at any time, with or without consent or notification.
- Infinitum Sofware and the author reserve the right to refuse access to the software to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Infinitum Software and the author offer no warranty or guarantee on the workmanship of the software, whether implied or explicitly stated.
- Infinitum Software and the author are not responsible for any service charges accrued by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) as a result of using Twobile.

By clicking on "I Agree" button below, you agree to the terms and conditions imposed above and that any changes to this Usage Agreement can change at any time and the changes can be either implcitly or explicitly retroactive.
